Booking
Contact The Celebration Band as far in advance of your event as possible.
Venue
Be prepared to privide directions to the event.
Performance Hours
This is the start and end time during which The Celebration Band performs. Allow 1 to 2 hours before and after these
time for setup and breakdown.
Electrical Power
The Celebration Band will need a minimum of 2 20 amp circuits to power equipment and light systems.
Dressing Room
The Celebration Band will need a place to change into costume.
Break Music
The Celebration Band will provide their own break music if desired.
Band Breaks
The Celebration Band will perform 'sets' of music with a 15 to 20 minute break in between.
Use Of Band Equipment
Talk to a band member if there is a need to make speeches, announcements, etc.
Payment
A deposit may be required to hold a date for your event. The balance is usually paid at the first intermission.
